Fatty patients need to take anticancer drugs in their bags and go to Seoul hospitals for outpatient treatment. Patients are always anxious about emergency situations, such as ascites. Some hospitals are unable to perform laparotomy at all, which requires cooperation from various medical staff due to a shortage of doctors.

Would the patient group have appealed, saying, "The doctor has chosen to kill the people through collective leave and strike," and, "If you decide on illegal behavior, you should punish them, not punish them?" The Citizens' Coalition for Economic Justice also urged, "Those who participate in illegal activities should be sternly responded without leniency." The general public is also angry beyond disappointment at the fact that professors at Seoul National University Medical School, who are quasi-public servants, have taken the lead in illegal activities. Following a professor at Seoul National University's medical school, the Korean Medical Association also announced a collective leave of absence, and the government issued an order for medical doctors to report a leave of absence. Regarding the medical association that induces collective action, it has begun to review whether it violated the Fair Trade Act. Although the government took a step back by suspending administrative measures against returning medical doctors to resolve the situation, unreasonable demands from the doctor industry are intensifying. Recently, severely ill patients, such as cancer patients, are experiencing life-or-death fears every day.

Earlier, professors at Seoul National University Medical School decided to take an indefinite leave of absence from the 17th, and the Medical Association also announced a refusal of group treatment and a general rally on the 18th. The government's issuance of a medical order is a minimum measure to protect the people's and patients' right to life. Interest groups should never tolerate the act of trying to intimidate the government by threatening the lives of patients. The government should communicate until the end to prevent the spread of collective leave of absence and prepare measures to fill the medical gap. The practitioners and medical associations should listen to the patients' screams rather than force a group leave of absence. Doctors cannot exist without patients.
