The photo shoot of Jea of Brown Eyed Girls and actor Kim Ji-hoon has been released.
The magazine "Singles" has released a visual pictorial of Jea and Kim Ji-hoon of the new song "Why Didn't I Know Then?" The two in the pictorial drew attention by creating a dreamy and sexy atmosphere.
"Why Didn't I Know Then?" is a song that harmonizes classical and emotional guitar sounds, and Jea participated in writing and composing. In the music video, Kim Ji-hoon appeared with Je-ah and gave off a special chemistry.
Kim Ji-hoon said, "I'm an old friend with Je-ah, and she asked for help. I had no reason not to respond because it just happened to be a schedule, and the director took care of me to make it look good," he said.
Jea said, "Trust is based. There is a part where we respect each other's taste, so I think the music video ended with "Al-Jal-Dak-Kal-Sen." I think each other is perfect in their main jobs," he said, boasting his extraordinary loyalty.
I asked what kind of song "Why didn't I know then?" was. Jea said, "I heard that there was a lot of Brown Eyed Girls feeling, so that was a bit of a surprise. Personally, I like a lonesome yet stable beat. "I tried to melt sexiness by combining bleakness and mystery, which is not just sad in itself," he said.
Kim Ji-hoon said, "When I just listened to the song, I thought it was more of a Cyworld sensibility than a TikTok sensibility. I think it was a welcome song for those who feel nostalgic for "That Time," he said, raising expectations for the new song.
The music video captures the complex and subtle feelings of lovers after their breakup.
Jea said, "Ji-hoon is tied up, and I liked the scene where I danced or stared at the monitor from behind, because I felt that 'this female character itself is very violent'." Ji-hoon was also good at acting tied up. I could see the blood vessels in my neck moving. I started to respect Kim Ji-hoon because I thought, "I realized such dreadful acting was possible."
When asked if he would like to work together one more time, Jea said, "Oh yeah, I think it would be good if Jihoon released an album. With the "Singles" project! It would be fun to start from that point of view," he said, cheerfully responding, "Ji-hoon, I'll learn the guitar."
"I haven't decided anything, but I think I can do it again if I have good music and concepts," Kim Ji-hoon said with a smile. "It will be determined by what kind of music is made and what your mind moves."
Jea Kim Ji Hoon's visual pictorial will be available in the August issue of 'Singles'.
