Music Cow announced on the 12th that Music Cow US, a U.S. corporation, recently signed a strategic partnership with 'Injective' to begin entering the real asset (RWA) market in earnest. An official from Music Cow said, "We plan to make K-content a global floating asset through the RWA tokenization of K-pop music copyrights."
Based on the experience and data accumulated over the past few years through the operation of the music beneficiary certificate platform, Music Cow US will issue a music copyright RWA token in the first half of this year. The strategy is to expand the music copyright investment ecosystem to the global market through partnerships with Injective.
"While K-pop's status in the global market is increasing day by day, with exports of K-pop albums exceeding $100 million in the first quarter of this year and achieving the highest quarterly performance, interest in K-pop as an investment asset is also continuously increasing," a Music Cow official said. "If these K-pop products are combined with RWA technology, they can be killer assets that can attract fans around the world to the K-financial platform."
