LX Hausys announced on the 13th that it will train construction repair technicians with the Gyeonggi Job Foundation.
LX Hausys held a business agreement ceremony with the Gyeonggi Job Foundation for the "Construction Repair Multifunctional Workforce Training Project" at the "LX Z:IN" Interior Academy" located in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi-do. The event was attended by Jeong Jin-bok, head of customer service at LX Hausys, and Lee Jin-hee, head of the Gyeonggi Job Foundation's Convergence Human Resources Division.
LX Hausys and the Gyeonggi Job Foundation plan to run a total of 30 people's floor construction curriculum together this year.
LX Hausys uses Academy Infrastructure, a training facility specializing in training construction personnel, to support floor construction training centers, professional instructors, and construction tools and materials. In particular, LX Hausys professional instructors with extensive field experience will participate in the training and pass on construction know-how.
The Gyeonggi Job Foundation will oversee the overall operation and create a stable learning environment by recruiting and managing trainees and supporting educational expenses.
Those who have completed the course will be given the opportunity to get a job as a construction company's after-sales service partner nationwide through a separate recruitment process. Job seekers can acquire specialized skills and get stable jobs, and suppliers can expect the effect of securing proven skilled workers.
"The cooperation with the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation will solve the problem of a shortage of skilled construction personnel in the domestic interior industry and improve the quality of construction," an official of LX Hausys said. "We will continue to take the lead in fostering excellent construction personnel and creating jobs by collaborating with various institutions using LX Hausys' professional education infrastructure."
