Nuryplex, a smart energy solution company, announced on the 2nd that its subsidiary Nuryville will sign an online-offline transaction (O2O) e-commerce platform development and operation contract with China's Zhonggyeong Group and expand its platform-based business in the Chinese market.
Based on 1793 franchise stores in Guangzhou and partner distribution networks across China, Zhonggyeong Group is promoting a business to supply fresh food, processed food and Korean products. In the future, the company plans to expand related businesses based on the O2O platform that NURIVILLE will build. NURIVILLE has decided to complete the development of the O2O e-commerce platform and operation management system by the end of this year. It also plans to expand cooperation with Jungkyung Group to AI-based services and eco-friendly energy businesses, starting with the O2O platform business.
Starting with this contract, Nuri Flex and Nuriville plan to gradually expand platform-based businesses in the Chinese market and build a future business ecosystem. By incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) technology on the distribution platform, various AI-based business models such as AI-based medical advisory services and AI customized advertising business are being promoted. In addition, it plans to expand cooperation in the eco-friendly energy field by utilizing Nuryplex's smart energy technology.
