Hansol Technics held a board meeting on the 5th and announced that it had decided to sell its Ochang plant in Ochang-eup, Cheongju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do to Cosmecca Korea. The total sale amount is 64 billion won. The transaction will be finalized within this year, and the proceeds from the sale will be used to secure liquidity and improve the financial structure.

The sale was carried out as part of Hansol Technics' recent global business restructuring. To improve production efficiency, Hansol Technics is relocating its production bases of some products produced at its domestic operations to overseas operations in Thailand and Vietnam. The plan is to increase operational efficiency and strengthen financial soundness by selling idle assets.

An official from Hansol Technics said, "We will do our best to strengthen our financial soundness and enhance corporate and shareholder value based on the secured financial resources."

Cosmecca Korea expected the acquisition of the plant to respond stably to the growing demand for K-beauty manufacturing overseas.
