Director of Corporate Growth Headquarters Gong Seong-ho
On the 14th, Park Sung-gil, head of the planning and coordination office of the headquarters, was appointed as the new head of the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation's AI and energy division, and Park Jin-man, head of the Jeonnam Regional Headquarters, was appointed as the new head of the location development division. Gong Sung-ho, former deputy director of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, was appointed as the new head of the corporate growth division.
Park Sung-gil, the new head of Sandan AI and Energy, graduated from Samcheonpo High School in Gyeongnam and Kyungnam University's Business Administration Department, obtained a master's degree in public economics at Sogang University, and completed a doctorate in science and technology policy at Dankook University. Since joining the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation in 1994, he has worked in major positions such as the head of the Industrial Complex Promotion Office, the head of the Gyeongnam Regional Headquarters, the head of the Incheon Regional Headquarters, and the head of the Planning and Coordination Office. In order to foster industrial complexes as a base for the spread of manufacturing AI conversion (M.AX), Park Sung-gil plans to build industrial complexes such as 5G specialized networks, AI data centers, and AX demonstration industrial complexes and promote ecosystems.
Park Jin-man, the new head of the location development division, graduated from Soongil High School in Gwangju and Chonnam National University, obtained a master's degree in policy and urban studies at Kyungpook National University, and completed a doctorate in knowledge-based technology convergence at Korea Engineering University. Since joining the industrial complex in 1994, he has built up expertise in industrial complex location support, development, and structural advancement by serving as the head of the structural advancement project, location support, Gyeonggi regional headquarters, and Jeonnam regional headquarters.
Gong Seong-ho, the new head of the corporate growth division, graduated from Daegu Sungkwang High School and Yonsei University's Department of Metal Engineering, and obtained a master's degree in metal engineering at Yonsei University and a master's degree in business administration at IMI in Belgium. He has 29 years of experience in policy practice in the field of industry and commerce, including the New Southern Trade Department of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Brazilian Commerce Department.
