KB Kookmin Card announced on the 17th that it will implement a service that can convert 'Pointly', an integrated reward of KONAI and KB Financial Group, into local currency from the 22nd.
This service is provided to KB Kookmin Card members and KONAI local currency members, and is available on 18 local government apps nationwide, including "Cheonan Love Card" and "Gyeongju Pay."
Members can convert their point money into local currency and use it at local small business franchises. The conversion ratio is 1 won per point, and you can freely switch from a minimum of 10 points to a maximum of 100,000 points per month in units of 1 point.
The two companies expect the collaboration to expand the scope of point-ri use while promoting consumption in local commercial districts. It is expected that the point-li held by customers will lead to consumption in the region, which will help increase sales of small business owners and revitalize alley businesses.
In addition, customers can use point-ri in a wider variety, and local governments can expect the effect of boosting consumption in the region.
An official from KB Kookmin Card said, "We have prepared this service to contribute to revitalizing the local economy and promoting consumption of local commercial districts. We will continue to expand various win-win financial services that can grow with the local community while increasing customer convenience."
