Shinyoung Securities announced on the 19th that it held a regular shareholders' meeting and board meeting at its headquarters in Yeouido and appointed Kim Dae-il as its new CEO.

With this appointment, Shinyoung Securities will switch to a separate representative system of former CEO Geum Jung-ho and new CEO Kim Dae-il. It is a structure in which CEO Geum leads the corporate finance sector and CEO Kim leads the asset management sector based on his experience in general management of the WM sector.
