The Small and Medium Venture Business Corporation (Chairman Kang Seok-jin and Jung Jin-gong) announced on the 8th that it will produce and distribute a booklet of "Working Guidebooks for Business Organization and Business Disclosure" and "Small and Medium Business Re-Challenge Support System" to support SMEs' smooth business reorganization and successful re-challenge.
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have to deal with various procedures such as debt settlement and tax filing in the process of business reorganization, and due to complex requirements, they often bear considerable time and cost. In addition, additional burdens such as fines may arise due to the omission of essential documents and the lapse of the deadline, and there are cases in which corporations are left unattended due to lack of related information and expertise.
In response, Jung Jin-gong published this booklet to easily guide the necessary procedures and precautions in the business reorganization process and to prepare small and medium-sized enterprises for re-challenge even after closing their businesses.
The "Business Cleanup and Business Shutdown Practice Guidebook" includes the rehabilitation and bankruptcy system, procedures for each stage of business closure, checklists for each specialized field, and case-based "Frequent Questions" so that companies facing business clean-up can easily understand the step-by-step practical procedures such as tax, labor, and legal affairs.
In addition, the "Small and Medium Business Re-Challenge Support System" includes major programs from related support organizations, such as re-startup support, debt adjustment and credit recovery, and support for small and medium-sized businesses in a management crisis so that they can compare and identify the re-challenge support system distributed by institutions at a glance.
"The closure is not a period of business, but a process of preparing for new possibilities," said Kim Il-ho, director of Corporate Finance at Chungjin Industrial Complex. "I hope this booklet will help lay the groundwork for re-challenge and normalization of management."
