Won Grandma's Bossam Jokbal started in 1975 as a small and simple bossam restaurant at the end of Hwanghak-dong, Cheonggye 8-ga, Seoul. Fresh boiled pork and crispy bossam kimchi captured the taste of many people with their grandmother's special care and hand-flavored taste.
