Pursue stable returns through high dividend and shareholder value investment strategies
Hanyang Securities announced that it will sell "BNK High Dividend Shareholder Value Target Convertible Securities Investment Trust No. 2," a target convertible fund.
A target conversion fund is a product that changes its management strategy when it reaches a predetermined target rate of return. It is designed to ease the burden of investors having to judge when the profit is realized and to consider performance management even after achieving the target profit.
This product is a bond-mixed product that invests more than 50% of the total assets in domestic bonds and less than 30% in domestic stocks when initially set up. When the target rate of return reaches 6%, the operation will be converted to a bond type, and after that, all stock-related assets will be sold and operated mainly on domestic bonds to pursue stable interest returns.
The main investment strategy consists of investment in high dividend stocks, corporate investment that is expected to enhance shareholder value, and investment in government bonds and blue-chip bonds. Through this, it seeks dividend income and capital gains while securing stable interest income.
Hanyang Securities has been expanding its product lineup by continuously introducing target convertible funds. Target-switching funds sold earlier have achieved a series of target returns and have succeeded in switching management within a short period of time.
"One of the most difficult things for investors in the actual investment process is to judge when the profit is realized," an official at Hanyang Securities said. "The target conversion fund is a product that can be converted to a bond type when it reaches a pre-set target rate of return and even consider performance management after the pursuit of target returns."
"Hanyang Securities has been selecting target convertible funds by comprehensively considering market conditions and product structures, and the products sold earlier have achieved target returns one after another," he said. "We will continue to find target convertible products that meet investor demand and market trends to expand customer options."
Financial investment products may result in loss of principal, and past management performance does not guarantee future returns. Investors should invest carefully after fully familiarizing them with the product prospectus and investment prospectus.
