The leisure infrastructure company Chambit Group announced on the 29th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) in partnership with Parata Airlines and Hana Tour to build an integrated tourism belt linking Korea and Vietnam. Key officials attended the signing ceremony in Hanoi on the 28th, including Vice Chairman Lee Ho-sung of Chambit Group, Vice President Ryu Chang-ho of Hana Tour, and Vietnam Branch Manager of Parata Airlines Sanghoon Lee.
Chambit Group, which has infrastructure such as Vietnam Phoenix Golf Resort and Grand Plaza Hotel Hanoi, previously signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Parata Airlines on aviation operation and crew accommodation cooperation, and an MOU with Hana Tour for travel product development and employee welfare cooperation.
Through this agreement, Chambit Group organically combines its tourism infrastructure with Parata Airlines' aviation network and Hana Tour's travel service platform. Chambit Group plans to link its partners with the lineup of premium camping and recreation projects currently being promoted.
In addition, the three companies will jointly plan corporate incentive tours (MICE) and premium golf package products using Hana Tour's sales network and customer capabilities. Hana Tour will first sell travel products using facilities of Chambit Group, and Parata Airlines will support air seats and fares optimized for the products. In addition, in terms of employee welfare, it will cross-provide preferential travel products supplied by Hana Tour and exclusive discounts for Chambit Group.
Vice Chairman Lee Ho-sung said, "This three-way agreement will be an important milestone in providing innovative leisure experiences to global customers by combining the strengths of each company."
