The new and old management's simultaneous public appearance
NH Investment & Securities announced on the 17th that it held a "Sharing of Love, Blood Donation Event" for executives and employees. The event was held at Park One NH Financial Tower in Yeouido.
In this blood donation event, candidates for current CEO Yoon Byung-woon and new CEO Shin Jae-wook and Bae Kwang-soo, who will take over the next leadership, participated together to practice personally sharing.
The management, who will lead NH Investment & Securities' present and future, gathered together to share the value of social contribution and share a message of harmony.
It is interpreted as a move that shows stable succession and company-wide solidarity with the new and old management in public. Analysts say that it reflects the will to maximize continuity and stability based on close communication in the future.
NH Investment & Securities' 'Sharing of Love, Blood Donation Event' has been held three times a year since 2015. About 100 executives and employees are voluntarily participating in each session.
In particular, management, including the CEO, participates in each event to encourage active participation of executives and employees and spread the culture of social contribution.
NH Investment & Securities actively donated blood in groups even during the COVID-19 pandemic and received a plaque of merit for blood projects from the Korean Red Cross in 2023.
NH Investment & Securities plans to continue various social contribution activities, including employee blood donation events.
An official from NH Investment & Securities explained, "We are steadily holding events three times a year with the mindset that we can save someone's life through small practice."
"We sincerely thank NH Investment & Securities for helping blood supply through continuous group blood donation," said an official at the Central Blood Institute of the Korean Red Cross. "We hope that blood donation events will continue in the future."
