Checking Seoul's Innovative Technology Competitiveness
The Seoul Economic Promotion Agency, a small and medium-sized business support organization in Seoul, announced on the 9th that it successfully operated the Seoul Integration Center at the largest startup and tech exhibition in Europe, "VivaTech 2026," held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles in France for four days from June 17 to 20.
The Seoul Integration Center was the first exhibition hall introduced by the Seoul Economic Promotion Agency at Viva Tech in cooperation with the Seoul AI Hub, and selected and operated 20 promising companies in Seoul in high-tech innovation technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics.
Prior to the start of the full-fledged exhibition, the Seoul Economic Promotion Agency also successfully completed the networking program "Seoul Night in Paris" for local investors and media. More than 70 people, including local investors, global media officials, and officials from companies participating in the Seoul Integration Hall, participated in the event on the evening of the 16th, the eve of the exhibition, and active exchanges were made to establish strategic partnerships.
Innovative companies in Seoul who participated in the Seoul Integration Center held active business meetings amid high attention and interest from global companies, media, investors, and buyers. In the process, he won a total of 10 Viva Tech Challenge and Awards, including Jetik AI and LBS Tech. It also achieved the results of signing a total of six business agreements (MOUs), including Mitown and Common Computers.
In addition, within the Seoul Integration Center, it operated an "Experience Zone" where global visitors can directly experience innovative technologies in the fashion and beauty sectors representing Seoul, leading to a high response.
