Reorganize shares of the four major VCs, mainly by long-term investors, such as the National Pension Service, M&G, and FIL

Venture capital (VC), which participated as an early investor in Dalba Global, reportedly recovered all of its investments. All four VC companies' volume of the joint holding agreement, which reached 42.0% before listing, was sold.
Instead, the equity structure was reorganized around long-term high-quality institutional investors, including the National Pension Service, M&G, and FIL (Fidelity International). It has been about a year and two months since it was listed on the stock market (KOSPI) in May last year.
According to Dalba Global on the 16th, all shares held by Woori Venture Partners KTBN No. 13 (1.54 million,520 shares), KTBN No. 16 (259,970 shares), NBH Capital Dalba New Technology Business Investment Association No. 1 (950,415 shares), Korea Omega Investment (1.773,440 shares), and DSC Investment (284,455) have been sold.
As of May 22, the joint ownership agreement was resolved. In addition to these, other VCs are also said to have recovered their shares. VC shares, which reached 66% at the time of listing, are reportedly down to 1% now.
The stake in Kolmar Holdings, which was considered a part of the unlocking (protective Jesus one year) on May 22 this year, has also reportedly fallen from about 2% at the time of listing to less than 1% now.
Dalva Global shares were down 9% from May 22 as of the previous day's close. The company expects to stabilize the supply and demand of stock prices by resolving overhang (potential selling volume).
Dalba Global was newly incorporated into the KOSPI 200 in June. In addition, after the National Pension Service secured a 9.4% stake, M&G (7.7%) and FIL (4.9%) announced their ownership of the stake.
"The fact that the overhang volume has been replaced by long-term investors such as the National Pension Service, M&G and FIL seems to reflect the market's positive perception of the company's fundamentals," a company official said.
