Cosmorobotics announced on the 16th that it has introduced wearable walking assist robots for teenagers and adults to people with walking disabilities in Daegu City.
The Ministry of Public Administration and Security and Shinhan Financial Group signed a "business agreement to revitalize the social solidarity economy" on the 8th and provided a total of 6 billion won to spread the social solidarity economy in Daegu. Shinhan Financial Group provided 312 million won to four companies in Daegu's social solidarity economy, including SixF, and SixF will introduce Cosmorobotics' wearable walking assist robot to provide disability care services.
The robot is a walking assist robot for teenagers and adults developed by Cosmorobotics, and was mainly developed to support walking training for people with walking disabilities due to damage to the central nervous system such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, and spinal cord injury. The "natural gate" algorithm, which analyzes and applies actual human walking patterns, is a key technology.
